Cheesy Strawberry Sammies!

Since it's a public holiday today, mummy decided to whip up something quick and yummy for all ;-)

Had to clear the loaf of bread and a box of strawberries before they expire, so I came up with this quick and simple snack!

Firstly, slice the strawberries thinly, place them on a piece of bread, top with cheese slices and top with another piece of bread. Seal the sandwich with a pocket sandwich maker. I got mine from daiso, pix below.

Lightly butter both sides of the bread and toast them on a pan till both sides are golden brown!

While it's being toasted, the cheese would have melted nicely... Yummy and gooey!!!

I like to seal the sammie first before toasting so it's neater, everything stays inside without oozing out ;-)

Have fun trying! And have a lazy & relaxed today like myself.... ;-)
